Swing Valley is a West Coast Swing festival in the Austrian Alps. Enjoy workshops at over 2,000 meters above sea level, social dancing, world-class instructors, a famous pool party, and a unique holiday experience in Bad Hofgastein.

The main venues are the Congress Center, the Kursaal and the Festalm in Bad Hofgastein. Many hotels, restaurants, and leisure activities are within easy walking distance.

The Full Pass includes access to all workshops, all social dance parties, and admission to the Alpentherme from 4:00 PM on the day of the Pool Party.

No, the cable car ticket is not included and must be purchased separately at the check in.

Yes, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us via email or social media.

Please refer to our ticket policy. Refunds are generally not available; however, ticket transfers are permitted.

Levels are assigned based on experience and WSDC points. If you would like to move to a higher level, you can participate in the level auditions on Friday and Saturday.

 

No. You can attend on your own or with a partner. Regular partner rotation takes place during the workshops.

No. If available, Party Passes can be purchased separately.

We recommend staying in Bad Hofgastein so that all venues are within easy walking distance. You can find several recommended hotels on our website.

Bad Hofgastein is easily accessible by both car and train. The nearest train station is Bad Hofgastein, and the closest airport is Salzburg Airport.

Yes, public parking is available near all event venues.

Dance shoes, swimwear, a towel, and a good mood.

Most competition focused workshops are taught in English. The content is generally easy to follow, even with basic English skills.
Most social focused workshops are taught in German.

Yes, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores within walking distance of the venues.

Yes, for personal use. Please respect the privacy of other participants.

At the end of each workshop, the instructor will provide a recap of the material covered. You are welcome to record this recap.
